I am disappointed with my experience with Glass Doctor Home + Business of Greensboro. What should have been a simple window installation became a frustrating ordeal involving poor communication, unexplained delays, lack of follow-through, and problems with the installation itself. After paying my down payment, I was given an estimated installation date. When that date approached, I had to call to find out what was happening, only to learn that the installation had been delayed without my notification. Promised callbacks and updates repeatedly never came. I eventually spoke with the franchise owner to address the matter. The installation itself was, also, significantly delayed and took much longer than expected, after their office called and requested an earlier installation window. While I acknowledge that the technician worked hard (a two-man job was left to one person) and the owner assisted on-site when able, I discovered problems afterward, including chipped wood, scuffing to the frame, and missing parts. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were minimized rather than taken seriously and properly resolved. I was given a bottle of cleaner as a “gift,” but that hardly addressed t

I was skeptical at first because I had not heard of this company or knew anyone who had used their services. I was pleasantly surprised at what great service I received. I was very happy with my technician, Jizzar. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the type of window I needed for the replacement. Overall, the project was a non-event. Glass Doctor’s team was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, on time. Navy, who works in the office was also a friendly and knowledgeable asset to the team. I am very happy with my experience with Glass Doctor and I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you to all that helped with my project, Excellent job!

So, about a year ago Glass doctor replaced my windshield in my 2018 pickup and did an outstanding job. Recently I had a leak on the drivers side and pasenger leaving a puddle on the floor mats. Called them up and they took me in same day and discovered it wasnt even the windshiel it was my sunroof having the channels stopped up with gunk. They fixed it quickly and wished me well with no charge!! Now thats service you rarely see nowadays anywhere. I highly recomend these folks for any glass repairs or replacement you might need. AWESOME!!!

Terrific employees, respectful of property, prompt and on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. The replacement was easy and superb workmanship on the windows. Will definitely use them again for other windows!

I had a crack all the way across my windshield and was not in a rush to replace it due to the quotes I'd been receiving. I made several calls and not only was Glass Doctor the cheapest, they came to me and I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Josh and Trevor were absolutely awesome!
